Before I share the STUFF, a few thoughts on my beauty “philosophy”.

The older I get, the more I believe that beauty has nothing to do with what you have on your face but how you feel on the inside. I personally feel the most beautiful in yoga class, when I am sweaty and out of breath, not a lick of makeup - Warrior I. 🧘🏻‍♀️😂🤷🏻‍♀️ Being active, present, strong - that’s what feeling beautiful is to me.
