After I spent a weekend at a Writing Retreat just a little over a week ago, this week I got what felt like another chance to rest deeply. Our kid is out on Fall Break and we decided to go tent camping. I am not a naturally outdoorsy person but being married to an avid trail runner, I’ve had my fair share of contact with nature and know that every time we spend time outside, we all become better people.
