I think that sort of happened to me last week, after I shared with you that I was looking to start building a community of writers. Maybe because I had been so alone in my project for so long and maybe because I am an extrovert working from home, but all of a sudden I felt HANGRY for writing friends. I had thought about it forever and when I was ready to take the leap, I just went for it. For someone who’s been lucky enough to have found my life partner before dating apps (thankyoulordjesus), let me say this… my first attempts at finding friendships online made me feel like a baby giraffe learning to walk.
